Design Audit and Documentation Multidisciplinary Design Vision Realization Via Renders Client Management
For non-profit health systems like Providence, offering clear information about financial assistance is an ethical responsibility. The goal of this project was to identify opportunities to improve financial assistance communications, so we can make more human-centered decisions about how the program and process are both presented to patients and acted on by caregivers.
We reviewed around 100 pieces of financial assistance collateral across 10+ touchpoints from 22 Providence facilities and organizations. We took the most vital elements and eliminated anything off-brand, inconsistent, or confusing. The redesign enforeced the brand guide, built a consistent hierarchy to ensure information was easy to digest and important CTAs visually apparent, and advised on how and where patients should encounter each piece of collateral in their patient journey.
