As Northwell Health prepared to break ground on their new Upper East Side medical pavilion, they needed assistance in envisioning innovative, tech-driven experiences for their patients, providers, and staff. The goal was to find solutions that would revolutionize the future of ambulatory care not only at this location, but across Northwell Health as a whole.

We conducted contextual research to understand spoken and unspoken needs of those who would visit the medical pavilion and recommended strategic solutions that offered user-informed recommendations of relevant tech-driven services and experiences. We also socialized and stress-tested findings in real-time across stakeholder groups to calibrate the needs of all. In partnership with IA Collaborative.
